ERRORS
In the event that a Nibbcon.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nibbcon.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. Nibbcon.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nibbcon.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Nibbcon.com always strives to give the best rates possible to its customers at all times at the same time creating a unique shopping experience. Therefore, we have a transparent and liberal cancellation & return policy.
Cancellations
o If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
o Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labelled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
o No cancellations are entertained for those products that Nibbcon.com’s marketing team has obtained on special offers or closeout deals. These are limited offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
o In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the products.
Returns & Refund
o Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
o Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the plastic bags, original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoice without any damage.
o Any product which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal is broken is non-returnable.
o Any product which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
o Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse in Kerala.
o Products specially ordered on customer’s request cannot be returned in any circumstances. No returns will be taken for Dashboard Frames, Harness & Steering Interface.
o It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
o In case if an e-coupon or promo code has been used, the refund amount will be the original amount paid at the time of purchasing the product. The e-coupon or promo code once used will not be reissued.
o Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us or send Enquiry Form if you are unsure of the products prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
o Once your return is received and inspected by Nibbcon.com (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed as Store Credits or Coupon Code for the original amount. If the refund is applicable it will be processed to the original mode of payment the refund amount will be after deducting the payment gateway charges depending upon the mode of transaction.
o Please note refund will be given only in form of Store Credits or Coupon Code for the original amount.

There may be certain orders that Nibbcon.com is unable to accept and must cancel. Nibbcon.com.in reserves the right, at Nibbcon.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Nibbcon.com's credit and fraud avoidance department. Nibbcon.com may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Nibbcon.com will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Shipping Policy
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 48 working hours, if the goods are in stock. If the product is on back order, then it will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the same in our warehouse.
The estimated delivery dates are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
Tier 1 Cities: 2-4 working days.
Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 working days.
Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 working days.
Rest of India: 7-10 working days.
Nibbcon.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 48 working hours from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of order).
We offer free standard shipping which includes the insurance charges of the product, so you don't have to worry about the same getting damaged or lost in transit as we have it covered. The only thing that you need to do in case, you receive a damaged/missing product is to report the same within 2 (two) days, else we shall not be liable to compensate. Kindly note that insurance is provided by a third party and this rule has been set by them, hence we don't have any say in this matter, if reported beyond the said timeline.
Privacy Policy:
Personal information provided by the users to Nibbcon will not be provided to third parties without prior consent.
User alone is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of his/her password. User shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards etc for making such transactions and Nibbcon assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards.
A user always has the option of not providing the information which is not mandatory.
